This Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Mocktail is a cute and delicious Christmas-themed beverage that is perfect for everyone at home this holiday season. These kid-friendly mocktails are made with cranberry juice and a lemon soda mixture. Let’s enjoy a merry little red Christmas drink with family and friends!

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Cups Unsweetened Organic Pure Cranberry Juice (Baking measuring cup)
  • 3-4 Cups 7-Up (Or any lime/lemon soda)
  • Simple Syrup (To taste)
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Ice Cubes
  • Green Sanding Sugar (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine cranberry juice, 7-Up and fresh cranberries together in a pitcher.
  2. Add simple syrup to taste and stir again to combine. If you are using sweetened cranberry juice, you can skip the simple syrup.
  3. Wet the rim of your drinking glass with some water and coat it with some red or green sanding sugar. This step is optional.
  4. Add ice cubes to your choice of serving glass.
  5. Stir the mocktails and pour them into the serving glass.
  6. Garnish with more cranberries if desired, and cheers!

Tips & Notes:

  1. Double up the recipe for a big serving.
  2. We used unsweetened organic pure cranberry juice, but you can use sweetened cranberry juice if you like.
  3. Since we used unsweetened organic pure cranberry juice, we only added a small amount of simple syrup because the 7-Up soda and Cranberry Ginger Ale are sweet. However, you can adjust the sweetness of the mocktail according to your taste buds.
  4. You can use either organic or nonorganic cranberry juice; it's your choice.
  5. This mocktail can be made ahead of time and chilled in the fridge.
  6. This mocktail is best served chilled with ice cubes.
