Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer Mocktail
This Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Mocktail is a cute and delicious Christmas-themed beverage that is perfect for everyone at home this holiday season. These kid-friendly mocktails are made with cranberry juice and a lemon soda mixture. Let’s enjoy a merry little red Christmas drink with family and friends!
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Cups Unsweetened Organic Pure Cranberry Juice (Baking measuring cup)
- 3-4 Cups 7-Up (Or any lime/lemon soda)
- Simple Syrup (To taste)
- Fresh Cranberries
- Ice Cubes
- Green Sanding Sugar (Optional)
Instructions:
- Combine cranberry juice, 7-Up and fresh cranberries together in a pitcher.
- Add simple syrup to taste and stir again to combine. If you are using sweetened cranberry juice, you can skip the simple syrup.
- Wet the rim of your drinking glass with some water and coat it with some red or green sanding sugar. This step is optional.
- Add ice cubes to your choice of serving glass.
- Stir the mocktails and pour them into the serving glass.
- Garnish with more cranberries if desired, and cheers!

Tips & Notes:
- Double up the recipe for a big serving.
- We used unsweetened organic pure cranberry juice, but you can use sweetened cranberry juice if you like.
- Since we used unsweetened organic pure cranberry juice, we only added a small amount of simple syrup because the 7-Up soda and Cranberry Ginger Ale are sweet. However, you can adjust the sweetness of the mocktail according to your taste buds.
- You can use either organic or nonorganic cranberry juice; it's your choice.
- This mocktail can be made ahead of time and chilled in the fridge.
- This mocktail is best served chilled with ice cubes.
