"Cold Brew Pineapple Black Tea Lemonade" makes the perfect summer drink for enjoying with friends and family. If you like Starbucks pineapple black tea lemonade, you’ll love this copycat recipe. If you’re planning a barbecue party soon, don’t forget to make a pitcher of these tasty drinks!.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Black Tea Bags (You can use loose tea leaves if you like)
  • 6 Cups Water (-/+ adjustable-For cold brew-Room Temperature)
  • 2 ¼ Cups Brisk Lemonade Juice (Or any brand of your choice)
  • 2 ½ Cups Pineapple Juice
  • Cold water (Optional-If needed when adjusting the pineapple black tea lemonade in the mixing process)
  • Sugarcane Syrup/Simple Syrup (To taste)
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add tea bags in a mason jar or pitcher. We used 5 tea bags but you can adjust to your preferences.
  2. Fill a pitcher (or any other drink container of your choice) with room temperature water, cover and chill for at least 10 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Remove the tea bags.
  4. Pour the cold brewed black tea, lemonade juice and pineapple juice into a pitcher.
  5. To combine, stir everything together.
  6. Add some ice cubes to a serving glass of your choice.
  7. Add some sugarcane syrup to taste according to your taste buds. Both pineapple juice and lemonade are sweet. You may not need more syrup. Taste test until it reaches your desired taste.
  8. Pour the cold brew pineapple black tea lemonade mixture into the serving glass.
  9. Garnish with a lemon slice (optional) and enjoy!

Tips & Notes:

  1. You can use frozen concentrated lemonade if you prefer. Adjust the frozen concentrate and water mixture accordingly.
  2. You can use Frozen Concentrate Pineapple if you prefer. Adjust the frozen concentrate and water mixture accordingly.
  3. You can use simple syrup or your choice of sweetener instead of sugar cane syrup. You may not need more syrup or sweetener because both lemonade and pineapple juice are sweet enough. We only added a tiny bit. Adjust the sweetness as needed.
  4. We used five tea bags for a stronger tea taste, but you can adjust the number of tea bags according to your preferences.
  5. If you are using loose tea leaves, use roughly about 8-10 teaspoons. But feel free to adjust the amount of tea leaves accordingly.
  6. We cold brewed overnight in the fridge.
  7. Instead of the cold brew method, you can make a quick version by adding hot water and letting it steep for 10-15 minutes or so.
  8. You can make this ahead of time and keep it chilled in the refrigerator for the next day.
  9. Add extra cold water if needed when adjusting the pineapple black tea lemonade in the mixing process.
  10. You can adjust the amount of pineapple juice and lemonade to balance everything according to your taste buds.
