Tips & Notes:

  1. You can easily double or triple the recipe for a big batch.
  2. We used non-dairy Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte liquid coffee e>hancer, but you can use the regular kind.
  3. We preferred the taste of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte liquid coffee enhancer, but you are free to use other>brands.
  4. Since the coffee enhancer is sweet enough, we reduced the sugar in the recipe. However, feel free to add more sugar if yo> prefer sweeter French toast. Keep in mind that you can balance all the sweetness by sprinkling some powdered sugar before serving and getting natural sweetness from fresh fruit on the side. So please adjust the sugar or sweetness of the French toast when you make it according to your taste buds.
  5. We used white bread, but you are free to use other types.
