Cold Brew Coffee Buzz Buzz Float

Philadelphian Robert McCay Green invented the float in 1874. Root beer is great in floats, but can cold brew coffee also be used? Of course! The sweet vanilla or espresso-flavored ice cream makes the smooth, delicious coffee taste even better. It’s so easy to make; just brew your cold brew, add ice cubes, pour it into a glass or mason jar, and top it with your choice of ice cream. Your perfect summer drink is ready.

Tips & Notes
- Double up the ingredients if you plan to make a large batch.
- The brewed coffee should be refrigerated until it is ready to serve.
- Depending on your taste, you can use either vanilla or coffee ice cream.
- As the ice cream is sweet in itself, we did not use any sugar, but we did add a little syrup to slightly sweeten the coffee. Please adjust the amount of syrup to your taste.
