Instructions

  1. Transfer a pack of frozen sirloin beef meatballs to a bowl. Set it aside.
  2. Pre-heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 90° degrees.
  3. Prepare the sauce mixture- In a bowl, add BBQ sauce, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, True citrus crystallized lime garlic & cilantro seasoning, butter, grapeseed oil and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir to mix everything until well combined before adding it to the Coca-Cola.
  5. Pour in a cup of Coca-Cola and stir to combine with the BBQ sauce mixture.
  6. Add meatballs into the Coca-Cola BBQ sauce mixture above.
  7. Coat and stir to mix with the meatballs. Make sure all the meatballs are coated with the sauce mixture.
  8. Place the coated meatballs on a plate lined with foil or in an air fryer tray/basket and cook for 15 minutes at 120°-160° degrees. Air fry them in batches if needed, but do not overcrowd the air fryer's tray/basket. Temperatures may vary. Each air fryer model works differently. Adjust the timing and temperature accordingly.
  9. With a brush, brush the remaining sauce mixture on the meatballs.
  10. Brown the meatballs for an additional 3 minutes at 170° degrees(this is optional).
  11. Remove the cooked meatballs to a serving plate.
